RMB Roleplay Opinion Gauging

Something I promised for when I got back from holiday; might as well do it now. I'll give 3 potential options, similar to the double posting stuff, and will write a law based upon people's feedback.

1. No tolerance policy towards RP - the LC would nip any RP in the bud and direct participants to the appropriate RP region*. This has the advantage of keeping the RMB tidier, but may mean a lot of nations don't get involved in the RP and miss out on the fun.

2. Discretionary approach towards RP - RMB RP remains legal, but the LC will encourage participants to use the appropriate RP region, and may suppress posts if the RP is getting out of hand. The advantage is that RP will be visible to anyone who wants to take part, but will not flood the RMB. The disadvantage is that, as with any ambiguous policy, it leaves everything in the hands of the LC, and relies on the LC being fair and balanced.

3. Allow all RP - basically the anarchic, no moderation choice. It means the LC doesn't have to do anything and leaves RMBers free to do what they want, but may lead to a spammy and untidy RMB where it's difficult to do anything else.

*It's worth distinguishing between the nation-based RP which usually takes place in Knowhere, and the character-based RP which usually takes place in Psomewhere.

Please give me your opinions! The more opinions I have, the better I can write a law which works for as many people as possible!
