SEASON 1 FINALE of Princess Antonia
*Too lazy to travel back to find the previous episode*

Antonia and Paulo stand at opposite ends of the living room as the rain pours down outside their window. A few candles dimly light the room.

Antonia: Is it true Paulo? Do you really love me?

Paulo: Yes, for the longest time I've loved you, Toni.

Antonia: Oh Paulo!

Antonia runs across the room and leaps into Paulos' arms, pulling him into a tight hug.

Antonia: I love you too Paulo.

After a while the two sat in silence on the small tan couch, watching as the rains trickled down the window.

Antonia: Why?

Paulo: Why what?

Antonia: Why do you love me?

Paulo: Do you need a reason?

Antonia: No, but I would like to know why a charming sophisticated royal guard would fall in love with an annoying princess like me.

Paulo: You're not annoying. You're passionate, inquisitive, kind, beautiful-

Antonia: [grinning] Oh, I'm beautiful?

Paulo: however you have a horrible selective hearing.

Antonia: Isn't it crazy that it took a civil war for us to realize each other's feelings?

Paulo: Indeed, like faith, if it existed.

Antonia: I wonder what will happen? What if we go back to Antillica and they try to force me to marry someone else? What if they put you on trial for breaking the law?

Paulo: Don't think about that for now, let us just live for now.

The two continued to talk deep into the night until they fell asleep in each other's arms.

Narrator: What will happen in the next season? Will Antonia ever forgive Ella for what she did? Will the civil war come to an end? How will Antonia aid the Antillicans in the slums of New York?
