Indeed. Too often, people come in from other regions, seeking not to improve the Kingdom, but to gain power for themselves at the expense of our residents. These people already hold government positions in other regions, sometimes many other regions. I am confident that UIR is not such a person, as he was recruited by us after starting NS and is not part of other communities here.

We have indeed. It is... extra-governmental, if you will, filled by appointment rather than election. It involves some high-level access to which we could never entrust a foreigner.
