IMPORTANT - Writ regulating a General Election

TO all to whom these Presents may come, Greeting!

WHEREAS, under the provisions set out in various Acts of Parliament as well as in Our Constitution, We are to regulate a General Election for Parliament;

WE do by these Our Presents, command that a General Election for Parliament shall occur, starting on the twenty-seventh day of December in the year of two-thousand and seventeen, lasting for 72-hours.

AND WE DECLARE that any and all Persons, whether grouped in parties or by themselves, willing to Serve and Contribute to Our Region as Members of the said next Parliament, are to write their Electorial Notifications to Us, in accordance with the provisions as set out in the Electoral Notifications Act 2017.

AND WE DECLARE that if there are but nine or less Persons willing to serve, that there be no division, but that they shall all be installed as Members of Parliament.

AND FINALLY, that We may create further Provisions, if necessary, to regulate the said Election.
