[ National Working Service established! ]

[ The Persian government has enacted a new "...extremely important for the development of the country..." act. The National Working Service has been established by the government after it passed through the Parliament in 1931 and finally through the Shah who agreed to pass the new reform. The National Working Service was created as a direct response to eliminate unemployment in the country, both around the adults and youth.

The National Working Service establishes some fundamental doings. Firstly, it establishes special Community Job Exchanges Centres. They will allow the local employees and employers to find themselves. CJEC were introduced into many states already and give "...fruitful hopeful effects..." Many hope that CJEC will be efficient enough to eliminate problems with employment on a local level.

The National Working Service also offer something extremely revolutionary to many. In the past, businesses were usually owned and started by the elites and unless you had a privilege to be born into such elite, your chances of having a business were extremely low. Now, through NWS, many people have an opportunity to start their own businesses. The NWS shall give out loans to people who are willing to start their business whilst also offering special courses for people who want to learn more about such businesses. The Queen has become extremely active recently in helping to expand the project. Despite some controversy, she has chosen to "tour" the country in order to promote such idea.

The National Working Service also places all working and non-working people under special register that is run locally. If a person is not employed, he'll be forced to work at creating highways, building parks and neighbours ect. That's in order for them to be able to get unemployment benefit(which has also been introduced) and not be imprisoned. Prisoners are also forced into work on such projects to repay their harms to the society.

Such hard employment policy goes with the policies and promises of the National-Liberals of Persia(NLP), the ruling party of Persia. However, despite such praise and interest from Persians, the Socialist party is far less enthusiastic about such idea and have voted against the act being passed but due to insufficient enough of seats both in the Senate and in the Majil, they've failed. As the government continues to promise to better the economy and open Persian market on foreign capita, many Persians looking into the future with optimism that they lacked for the past decades. ]
