Message from the leader of the Partisans

Dear regional members,

We have managed to force our way into the rotten core of the Region and cleanse it from within. The brutal oppressor of the Peoples' has been deposed and all of his prisoners and deportees have been allowed back home.

However, we cannot be sure that he will not attempt to retake power! I call the nations of the RIA to support our cause to establish a powerful and united socialist Region, so that the People will never have to fear these crimes against humanity anymore. Our mission is simple, yet requires a lot of assistance. Together, we will smash this dictatorship and unite the RegTion!
