Welcome! 10K islands is a great choice for a home. We are all generally chill and have pretty active conversations on the Rmb board, we have a forum that has cool features but it's really hard to find active people(coming from a guy that just now trying to get into the forum scene). You should still check it out though.

Ok, advice time. Ns is all about choices. There is no "wrong" choice and whatever effects may come can be reversed through choice making. This site give the players the chance to see what it's like for real leaders making nation decisions. There is a lot packed in here and I'm still discovering new things in the system.

If you are interested in politics and such. There is the WA and WA forums(there are other forums too) where you can discuss issues that effect the whole of nation states

Hope you stay awhile

You just contradicted yourself. But please, continue.
What did you mean by this? That because there are people opposing raiders, that outnumber them, they cannot be defeated?
Not arguing with you there...
That might be because that's exactly what most of them are.
Umm, dude, they ARE.
In other words, if you're a sitting duck, you win? Riiight...
Not new =/= good.
Uhhh, what? Scan that statement. Did you just say "If you lose, it's OK, you deserved to?
You can't exactly beat the game by sitting and doing nothing, either. When you play NS, you play the game of raids. And when you play the game of raids, you win, or you die. Yes, defending is necessary. But it wouldn't be if raiding didn't exist, either! It's all a pointless mini-game about people using election fraud to inflict pain, however minor, on other peoples' lives, for no reason other than the fact that they can! This is the problem that I have with raiding. If it were an actual military mini-game, like in CyberNations or something, then I'd be fine. But it's not. It's basically using an exploit to screw up other peoples' gameplay, just because they can. And as a side note:
You just spent how long making a post to do precisely that.

Dang it I was going to make a post detailing his argumental flaws. Then I read your post and now it seems pointless
