Region: 10000 Islands

Plus, there's the small but important fact that raiders live to intercept refounds. Thus, when you try to refound your region, you may lose it altogether.
Why should it be okay for some people to impose their way of playing NationStates on others? "If you don't like it just refound"?? How about leaving those people alone altogether.
Raiding (and for that matter defending) isn't even a proper game functionality. It's abusing a certain set of game features. In the case of raiding, it is done to impose ones will on others. I just don't think that's okay. But as long as Max Barry thinks it is, I'll be defending.

You can't impose rules on a game like this. You are a nation and have every right to do whatever you want. Granted, bullying is bad, but everyone's going to come up with a new thing to do in this game. We don't have a Constitution/Bill of Rights, as long it's not to evil/destructive, I would say it's okay. This game is built on creativity.
