OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND VIZIERS OF THE EAST PACIFIC.

On the Major Update of October 13th, Former Delegate Fedele and their regime removed two out of three Viziers by banjecting Bachtendekuppen and ejecting Todd McCloud from The East Pacific. Their removal was illegal on several counts. During minor update of October 14th, Marrabuk, the Delegate-Elect of The East Pacific(Official Elections link:https://forum.theeastpacific.com/delegate-voting-october-2019-t16316.html#p216678), was banjected. At the same time, Aelitia, another Vizier, was ejected, but they were able to return to the region. Delegate-elect Marrabuk was also ejected and banned. As it appeared in information released by Tim Stark, such actions were to be utilized in an overarching coup plan coordinated by Davelands, Aleister, Funkadelia, and Fedele.

The list of law violations include:

-The unlawful ejection of Vizier Todd McCloud and Vizier Aelitia
-The unlawful banjection of Delegate Elect Marrabuk and Vizier Bachtendekuppen
-The removal of forum links and endorsement cap links from the World Factbook Entry
-The promotion of literature designed to undermine the lawful framework of the region
-Removal of opted-in Viziers from the Regional Officer positions
-Providing a falsified version of Concordat to The East Pacific
-Encouraging Cabinet members to break Endorsement Caps Act, in order to provoke Viziers

It is clear that Fedele and co. are acting outside of the Concordat and are perpetrating a coup against the Concordat and the government of TEP.
