I have been busy with my studies and with final exams, but yes, with the month it is time for elections. I would happily support anyone who has been in the region for some time to run to replace me, but both of our apparent newcomers are too green to do so, or I would say, at least.

Vostrikovia and I have been talking and agree that elections will not be held due to a lack of qualified candidates. I realize the past few weeks have been a time of inactivity for the region, but I encourage veteran members to stick around and help continue to foster our tradition of intellectual discussion concerning Marxism.
In the meantime, a topic to keep things interesting. Aside from the traditional front runners (Lenin, Stalin, Mao), who is your favorite leftist leader? I am personally a fan of Thomas Sankara of Burkina Faso, whose work attempted to create an Africa free of colonial domineering that pervades to this day (see Macron's ignorant ramblings about the continent's "colonial debt" to its former occupiers).
Concerns had arisen over them being invaders and possibly attempting to start a coup, so they were removed from the region.
We need more people. I want to stay in this region, but with the lack of people, it's tempting to move.
Hello. I have once again returned from an extended leave of absence. I don't know why I keep doing this. I guess I kind of go through phases with NS, I'm active, then I grow inactive, my nation ceases to exist, only to be followed by me re-founding it some time later. Regardless, it feels good to be back. How's everyone doing?
My cycle of work has returned (as I work at the university I study at) but I do my best to at least log on daily. You?
School and life just get in the way sometimes. It's easy for things like Nationstates to be swept to the wayside when things are busy. But I am determined to stay active. I'm tired of having spurts of activity followed by long silences. I'd rather stay active, even if it is just logging in daily.
I usually log in to my nation at least once a day, or at the very least before it ceases to exist.

When I was a young child my parents took me to a holocaust museum. I have been fighting those who follow the doctrine which allowed this to happen ever since. But that is not enough. I am not enough. Those I stand beside are not enough. It will never be enough so long as a single fascist remains breathing.

No, it's just that many of the officers as well as myself are involved in studies or with work. We still discuss important leftist issues here and are currently attempting to reestablish ties with many of the other leftist regions here on NS.
