Rowandale has been nuked twice but the Stratocratic-Anarchy Oceanic Empire government and United stickin government have asked for nukes to not be used since they are trying to find their soldiers and the areas the rebel supporters are fully controlling. Air battles are taking place above the sea however slow progress has been made as Oceania is preparing a goverment-in-exile.
A bright white-blue flash can be seen off the coast of Haulbowline, Brother bishop, and other surrounding nations, which may include 
Stratocratic-Anarchy Oceanic Empire and United stickin. Soon after, a blast wave shocks the area.
This move is completely out of character for Haulbowline, who is attempting to help keep the governments intact.
That half of the continent is in ecological turmoil after the launch of the million missiles, the nuclear test, the gas in Rowandale, the toxins in the docks, and many other causes.
Haulbowlinean Parliament has had a feud with the military, and the military had their way.
This move signals a dark age for Haulbowline, who is not directly involved in the war.
Citizens hope that the war can be ended soon.
Maelstrom is growing in power as he walks through the land absorbing radiation and toxins.. is there any question now as to why he is called the Dragon of War on other worlds? Ironically, he turns this power to healing the land around him and restoring the dead among the innocent. It doesn't just endure NBC's.. it consumes them.
