The fact that the intended land purchase was under His Highness' directive leads to questioning the constitutionality of the Municipality of São Pedro's ("Defendant 1") actions against Plaintiff. This conduct included intentional and overt violations of the injunction issued against the Municipality. Such behavior illegally disregards the authority of the Supreme Tribunal and impedes the administration of justice. The Supreme Tribunal will not tolerate such conduct.

Therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that:

The Municipality of São Pedro is found in contempt of court.
The Municipality of São Pedro shall pay a fine of 137,931 marks to the Clerk of the Supreme Tribunal before 1 May 2024.

Issued 12 April 2024 by the Supreme Tribunal.

Surveying of the land intended for the National Stadium public works project will begin within the next seven days.
