What's with these minuscule regions asking us for embassies? One founder even sent us a TG, probably because we were Delegate at that time (as we are now).
I had forgotten that the Delegate had the power of granting new embassies.
Strange that a non-executive delegate still had any power. Not that we, while we were delegate, even used that power while we still had it. Glad we helped make the function even more non-executive than it was. :)
The Delegate still has control over Polls and the RMB.

The offer of giving you executive power still stands. You seem to be irredeemably honest.
You do honour me with your offer, but I would be happier if you would withdraw Communications and Polls authority from the WA Delegate position. Just create another position with the permissions that he should have and appoint him to it. That will provide the region far more protection IMHO.
