Yes, Casmaru does. And if you join the WSA, you get better trade deals!
But in return, if the WSA council asks for military support, you must provide it.

But I wouldn't worry, we don't usually get into wars.

Not true at all.

In the WSA, trade is easier, cheaper, and is better for everyone's economy. The WSA relies on everyone in it to supply each other with their economic needs.

I'm self sufficient for the most part, I just import metal form Cote azure and oil from Casmaru for my military. I focus the bulk of my own resources on my people and infrastructure.

*sigh* I founded the WSA to serve as a check on Baltician aggression. Much how like the U.S created NATO to counter Soviet Aggression. No one is a puppet in the WSA it's just that me and Cote azure took leading rolls in the wars between the WSA and GB.

Also for the most part I've considered the cold war with Greater Balticia to be over, relations are....neutral.
