The tutorial is horribble, watch youtube videos, they can be long, but they explain the logic of the game and it's strange rules.
Oh, and, the airplanes and ship system is broken.
Light tanks are also broken, just as China. Try to play with indepedent countries, like Sweden, if you are really a beginner, try Hungary, maybe Portugal. Italy is not a good start.

Explaining this game in text is not easy, and I would have to do a massive spoiler section to explain it to you.
The game is not rocket science, it's just overcomplicated.
If I had to explain everything "in a nutshell", I'd be sitting here with a Word PDF for at least 30 minutes.
I'm not lazy or not trying to help you, I'm not a master of the game, I only play with mods now, I think I'd be sick of looking at the vanilla game by now.
I tried to read the official Paradox guide, but it's like an old D&D rulebook, either Youtube or you have to read my non-professional writing, which I honestly don't want to do.
For example, it's like Blender, I can't describe what you can do and how to do it in text, at least I can't, which I'm sorry for.

One week to work on a poster seems pretty chill lol. I made a Capability Map, a Business Elements Diagram, a Business Process Model and Notation Diagram, and a UML Class Diagram in the Span of 5 days. Was not the most fun experience.
