^ what Jar said. We recognise all regions. The ideology that enforced the terms "userite" and "feederite" is outdated and no longer in practise. Reinforcing what Marina said, it is divisive and offensive, and all branches of the Order have renounced their respective variation of Francoism as well. But yeah, in NS, we recognise all regions and their sovereignty, UCR and GCR alike.
On a separate note, but related to UCR's, UCR con is coming up for the second time quite soon. (November, if I'm not mistaken.) 
Aynia Moreaux is organising it and I had quite a bit of fun there last year. Looking forward to it this year if I have the time.
