In the 1700s, a hospitalized French man with polyphagia (an abnormally strong, incessant sensation of hunger) by the name of Tarrare once allegedly ate a 14-month-old child. He was soon kicked out of the hospital, but before he was kicked out, he sometimes drank the blood of people that were in the process of bloodletting.

What did the 14 month old baby taste like?

Okay, so, there's this new program in my school that plans on bringing accepted high school students to collaborate with the local 5th/6th-grade school in my city so that the high schoolers can serve as good role models to these students as well as read with these kids a few times a year for about 1.5 hours each time and make a hopefully positive impact, I applied because it seemed interesting, it was a cause I supported! Plus, I wanted to do this with a close friend of mine ^_^

Even though my application was just a passionately written brain dump, I got accepted (somehow) and I'm super ecstatic!! Ahhhhhh! To have an opportunity to be a role model for somebody really does mean a lot, and for me to have built the courage apply as well is such an achivement!

What?

The Teutonic Kingdom wrote:What did the 14 month old baby taste like?

Also, when he was in a hospital and in the military, research was done on him. Firstly, he was put in a room where a meal for 15 people was prepared, he soon ate it all and fell asleep. And lastly, he was presented with an eel, he then crushed the eel's skull with his teeth and slurped up the rest of it in to his gullet. He also ripped a still breathing and still alive cat, drank its blood, ate it except for the bones and gagged up the fur.

Yikes...

Yeah. You do have to sign some paper work and be an adult.

What did I just read? Like, for this whole page.

Zandos wrote:What did I just read? Like, for this whole page.

If you're talking about me, it's just some stuff from a French guy named Tarrare.

Zandos wrote:What did I just read? Like, for this whole page.

I have the same question :’<
