Well i do have one question, a little after the end of the Templars there was an event in which Russia became the empire again. A little while after a meeting was called which led to Kaiser Ferdinand being held hostage for a bit, however eventually he was released. Now the woman who married him before the Empire rose up again was Valiria Kursha(the woman he now divorced), she was a relative of the Premier during the Templar era. But as i said before, the Empire rose again. And soon afterward it fell, but not before they took the Premier out of power. However i notice that your current Premier's last name is Kursha. Which makes me seriously wonder about the continuity.
