What is that? I was looking for some specific military hardware. You see, prior to the uplifting, the Usniyan Navy was working on replacing a portion of its missile cruiser fleet with the faster Ekranoplan-type ground effect aircraft. The problem is that IDs can often cost money, and since there's a high correlation of poverty and minorities, it's the legal yet minority voter who gets punished. There's a growing amount of research supporting the idea that ID requirements have stopped far more legal voters than illegal voters.

I fully understand the need for proving legal status and one's identity before voting, but feel that current implementations aren't the solution.
