Does it cost anything to create a couple of store fronts on the off-site forum and do they have to be rp related?

Well, I set up the recruitment campaign and made a recruitment TG. It's not the best so if anyone can make a better one I will still offer the reward.

So the big 12 is meeting with 17 schools to expand with up to 4 of them. At this point they should expand by 4 because ESPN promised to pay for any new school they add. ( I forgot the exact wording) they are stuck paying $25 million per school the big 12 adds during expansion.

Basically per each university the big 12 adds to their conference ESPN they are forced to pay a additional $25 million. This is the first cut off for the big 12. College sports expansion is a glorified beauty pageant. The conference looks at things like academics of the schools to help boost conference numbers. They also look at media markets of the applying schools to expand their brands and to see if member schools can expand recruiting in the state. Better recruiting could lead to more booster donations for the schools. It can lead to better records to try and get to the college playoff and other major 4 bowls. Those are really the only bowls that make the schools any money. From financial seanse most bowls cost schools money but are a source of marketing for the school to recruits or boosters. It also acts as a way to justify spending money on football.
For college basketball the point is to send more teams to the NCAA tournament. The basketball tournament is a billion dollar tournament. Each school who qualified for the tournament gets a share. I think the share price was something like 250,000 a year for 7 years. Each game won earns the school another share. The first and Opening round games count as 1 round share wise so a school doesn't earn to shares by being in the opening round and first round. The conference gets a cut of the shares and divides half of what they take to the other schools. If they can get even 2 more schools in the tournament for just 1 round they get a percentage of a half a million dollars a year. Should they win the number grows.
It's interesting to watch if you're a college sports fan or interested in the money aspects of expansion.

So i want to be open to you about the future of Saratoga. I will be getting increasingly less active until Mid-October. I am an RA at my college which is continuously requiring me to dedicate more time to it. Part of being an RA is to establish your authority and the atmosphere of the floor during the first 6 weeks, which requires at lot my of my time to be spend with my residents. So i apologize for not being more active.

As stated to Nedea earlier in the week,

I will not be very active until mid October, with that i feel we should have somebody else as "right hand" to help region build. I would propose Athretvari for this task, he has the best experience for region building out of all of use and is the right person for the job. Thoughts?
