With the announcement of its founding, The Northern University Territory (NUT) is an unincorporated area located near the city of Bandar Seri Begawan in 
Eulumia. It is administered directly by the AU, and landowners pay their property taxes directly to the AU. The NUT hosts a science and educational park, which is a joint effort by all AU member nations to construct a world-class, self-contained educational 'city'. This 'city' contains the campuses of various universities, including the FEUSSR's CAIST, Chae Kum-sok National University, and Shuntian University, among other world-class universities from Eulumia, 
Vashnal, and Duma. These institutions are all contained within 126.07 squared kilometres* of land, which includes fields, forests, and mountains, making it the largest contiguous college campus in the world. Designated portions are open to the public for hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities. The NUT contains over 8,000 buildings which belong to their respective campuses, all of which can accommodate 40,000 students.
In addition to educational institutions, the NUT is also home to the Asian Science and Technology Division of the AU (ASTD), which operates a network of 30 laboratories and research facilities in the area. The NUT hosts an additional science park with an area of 330,000 square metres, all of which marketed for high-technology enterprises. It is designed to accommodate companies of all sizes and stages of development and to promote interaction and innovation at both local and global level, serving as a digital technology community which can accommodate over 1,000 digital and technology companies. So far, the FEUSSR has pledged $1 billion USP tentatively to fund the construction of the NUT campus, with further funding expected in the future from other AU member states.
Some planned facilities within the NUT include the VOLTA Supercomputer Lab, a collection of 10 supercomputers** with a LINPACK benchmark rating of 93 petaflops, as well as an experimental tokamak reactor***. The Department of Energy has said that work on Project Artificial Sun (codename: HELIOS) - the experimental tokamak reactor - is due to begin in 2 years, with the reactor itself to be based on the experimental HL-2M design. Being the AU's largest and most advanced nuclear fusion experimental research device, the HL-2M is hoped to be a way to potentially unlock a powerful clean energy source. HELIOS is expected to be fully completed in 10 years or less, with the DoE planning to release more comprehensive details on the nature of the project once initial planning is complete in a year.

The Palast der Republik doesn't just serve as the seat of both Parliaments of the DDR but is also an important cultural centre in Berlin, with it containing two large auditoria, art galleries, a theatre, 13 restaurants, a bowling alley, a post office, and a discotheque and more.
With the importance of the "Palace of the Republic", it was only a matter of time until it would become the target of those that disagree with the values of those that build it. So the Ministry for State Security fell into a panic when an experimental Software designed to find dangerous activity on the internet reported an obscure chat board where some users seemed to plan to blow the Palast der Republik up. After following investigations, some of the Users were identified as members of the "NeoDDR" rebel group. The Palast der Republik was subsequently searched, and several well-hidden primitive time bombs were found. The bombs, all set to explode a few days later, where professionally disarmed and on the day of the explosion, the Palast der Republik was quietly closed. Despite the State Security's attempts, several unfound bombs still exploded and caused an unknown amount of damage to the building.
Still, on the same day, the "NeoDDR" was declared a terrorist organisation and was banned. The identified members from the chat board have been arrested. After they protested the "NeoDDR" ban, several conservative politicians have been taken into custody while possible ties to the organisation are being investigated. The Palast der Republik remains closed, and the surrounding area has been evacuated and put into lockdown. At the same time, it is inspected if the explosions caused damage to the 5000 tons of sprayed asbestos used during the construction to make the building fireproof. The Government has announced that once the inspection is complete, the Palast der Republik will be refurbished and the asbestos will be removed.

To them, the artificats had no inherent meaning. But to the peoples from whom they were stolen, they meant a lot. They were part of an identity, a sense of home, which in itself can never be valued through monetary means.
As the artefacts remained on display in European museums, it is not more than natural that new stakeholders have emerged. Despite relying on theft and cultural appropriation, museums have started financially relying on the artefacts. Recognizing both the unfairness and the complexity of the situation, it is only reasonable that international talks begin to find the most workable and most fair solution that could exist. The fact that nations might not be part of certain international bodies is irrelevant to the cause of global justice. A refusal from every colonial power to openly discuss the issue is little more than an acceptance and a renewed commitment to cultural imperialism, which in this world can no longer exist.
The Imperial Federation wholeheartedly supports the initiative of the Maratha-empire and the proposal sponsored by Cccp- and Donau-bundesreich, for the creation of a meeting of the United Assembly of Nations, to which each colonizer, including Orange-bourgogne despite not being a member, should morally feel obliged to attend.

With the cry to arms from the nations of 
Infiny, Maratha-empire, Cccp-, Donau-bundesreich, The hellenes league, and others, the people of the FEUSSR call upon the Asian Union to resolutely act against the UKOB at this time to ensure the repatriation of our treasures, countless of which have been stolen, plundered, and looted by the British.
The British Museum is nothing more than a museum of cheap steals. Britain is the world's largest art thief, having bullied and killed its way to attaining these treasures. Let is not forget the Elgin Marbles. The Rosetta Stone. The Benin Bronzes. All are stolen objects being protected by the watchful eye of the British government. But are we to be pushovers in letting such injustices slide? Are we to be soft? No!
On October 18 1860, Lord Elgin, the British High Commissioner, ordered the destruction of the Old Summer Palace. It took the British 3 days to burn down the Palace, and only 13 buildings survived the onslaught intact. In the words of Charles George Gordon, who was then a captain in the Royal Engineers and part of the 1860 Anglo-French expeditionary force, the British destroyed the Palace "in a vandal-like manner". The most magnificent pieces of art were burnt. The British looters then ransacked our stores of porcelain, casting bronze vessels which dated back to the Shang, Zhou and Han dynasties into the flames, and then ran off like a band of robbers. The attitudes of the UKOB can be summed up to several lines written by Victor Hugo, as "two robbers breaking into a museum. One has looted, the other has burnt. There is a theft and two thieves." The Europeans look and proclaim themselves to be the civilized ones, and for us the Asians as barbarians. Look and see, ladies and gentlemen, for this is what civilization has done to barbarism.
Do not forget about the Boxer Rebellion of 1900! The British Legation, upon mercilessly killing the ravaging their way through the innocent populace of the country, held loot auctions every afternoon and proclaimed, "Looting on the part of British troops was carried out in the most orderly manner." Looting in an "orderly manner"? The only thing orderly about the British is the consistency in which they steal and plunder treasures with impunity! This Western 'civilization' of ours, so highly regarded by the world, is merely a veneer over savagery.
Hear hear, to all peoples of the world, we must have what is rightfully ours returned. The British reject these calls as "these artefacts have been part of their history." If they want everything that is part of their history, they should take the millions of dead they have killed, and prop them up in the Royal Albert Hall!
We join the other nations of the world in our fight to repatriate what is rightfully ours. Most notably - damages for the burning of the Old Summer Palace, and a complete return of the stolen pieces of loot that came from it.
If the British truly believe in the 'rule of law', they will abide and do this - the right thing.

SHUNTIAN — The Department of Labour has ruled that by setting tight delivery times, levying fines for delays and even suggesting routes in violation of traffic rules, local delivery platforms risk incurring punitive measures for encouraging couriers to speed dangerously.
Figures from the Shencheng city government show that in the first half of the year, delivery and takeaway couriers were on average involved in 13 traffic accidents and 13 injuries every week, which have killed 5 in these 6 months. Meanwhile, a survey of more than 1,000 delivery drivers found that 70% cited traffic safety as the biggest challenge in the job. The People's Media Agency recently conducted an investigation, which found the cause of such dangers as the algorithms behind delivery apps. These apps set tight delivery times, levy fines for delays, and suggest routes in violation of traffic rules, all of which contribute to enhanced traffic risk. In essence, said platforms exchange courier safety for time.
Another concern was that these delivery platforms make use of a large, cheap pool of labour and evade the costs of regular employers. By outsourcing drivers and signing contracts with third-party outsourcing agencies, said companies evade the costs of regular employment. Food delivery services such as Ele.me and Meituan have 7,000,000 couriers between them, but the sector is barely regulated. Only very recently did the FEUSSR government add “online order delivery workers” to a list of recognised occupations.
With strikes in the delivery sector increasing over the past two years, the Department of Labour has directly intervened after a case of self-immolation due to unpaid wages. The DoL has compelled and encouraged couriers to organise into unions, while conducting audits into various Human Resources companies to which couriers are outsourced from. The Department of Transit has also weighed in, saying that suggesting illicit traffic routes is illegal, and companies in violation of said rules could be liable for a $500,000 USP fine per infraction.
The DoL has also ruled that food delivery companies must contribute to their food delivery worker's pension plans, contributing a minimum of 15% of a worker's monthly wages to their pension plans for the duration of their employment.
The Department of Labour of the FEUSSR continues to reaffirm its commitment to "advancing the worker's agenda nationwide", and continues to work towards the success of the working class as a core component of the ideology of Mogpyo-Juche.

The Parthenon Marbles beginning in 1801 began to be removed by a team lead by Thomas Bruce, 7th Earl of Elgin.
They were successful in the effort to remove it but the legality of it is not just questionable, but nonexistent. The Earl of Elgin looted the Parthenon Marble in an effort of showcasing nationalist dominance over a people, and cultural superiority, both of which the United Kingdom does not possess.
The Parthenon Marbles must be returned to Athens. The United Kingdom has possessed them for to long. IESCO and the Museum of the Parthenon are prepared to accept the Marbles, and have already set up a space for them to be returned home.

On December 3rd, 1944, Soldiers from Orange-bourgogne did the unthinkable. With orders from the government, lead by Winston Churchill, soldiers opened fired on a crowd of Hellenic Citizens who were at the time chanting “Viva Churchill” in support of the allied effort to assist in removing fascist forces from Hellas and the greater Balkans.
28 Hellenic citizens died. Most of them were young boys and girls who had their lives taken away too soon. To this day no formal apology has been issued by the government of the United Kingdom. This slaughter was done to prevent communism from spreading. Preventing a political ideology from spreading by murdering people is no way to go about the world.
We demand that the United Kingdom acknowledge it’s history and not only apologize for the murder of Hellenic Citizens, but also acknowledge the role that Winston Churchill played. Furthermore we also demand reparations be paid to families of the victims to a tune of $30 million (IMK 249,000,000)
While the United Kingdom deserves a “thank you” for the role it played in removing the evil axis from Hellas, it does not deserve all the credit. Arguably it does not deserve any credit. The resistance here in Hellas had the major role in removing the threat. When kicked to the curb and our ribs bruised and bodies battered we knew had to get back up. And get back up we did.
So I now challenge the U.K. Government to do the right thing and acknowledge it’s wrong doings. The past is in the past but it cannot be left alone any longer.

Following a request from both Congress and President Dawes, the State Department wishes to make a request of the Government of Orange-bourgogne regarding several objects looted from Washington during the Burning of Washington in the War of 1812. These objects are limited in numbers but include two paintings taken from the Capitol before it was burned, a grandfather clock stolen from the White House and the official government receipt book of President Madison. This is not a pressing demand but would of course go a long way to further relations between our two nations. In return, the Union shall return a royal standard taken as loot during the Burning of Parliament in Toronto, though of course the Royal Monarch is not Head of State of Canada anymore.

First test flight of new YAH-70 has shown that engine thrust does fall within safe levels but vibrations could cause issues with onboard systems. Further testing will be conducted before issues are fully known and fixed. Stealth features have shown promise in lowering radar cross-sections until visible with the naked eye or other optics and heat signature falls within acceptable levels. Efforts to lower it further will be undertaken as testing and design goes on. Also, it has been decided that work is to begin on a new tiltrotor drone design to be used in recon and attack. A design period of one year will take place followed by two years of testing barring any delays.

KUM-SOK CITY — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which also oversees immigration affairs, has said that routes for migrants and immigrants would be opened up further, as the FEUSSR stresses the importance of "strategic openness" to the outside world as part of its foreign policy directive.
Immigration to the FEUSSR has remained low due to restrictive immigration policies, but influxes of immigrants in recent years has been on the rise, prompting the FEUSSR to reconsider its stance on immigration. To better cater to the welfare of foreign economic migrants, the MFA has revamped the EPS (Employment Permit System) that was used to help SMEs bring in migrant workers, formally adopting the EMS (Economic Migration System) into force. The EMS addresses many of the EPS' flaws - most notably, migrant workers who enter the FEUSSR through the EMS are not legally tied to their employer and can freely change places of work within reason. Migrants can also freely extend their stay once their EMS expires without employer consent. Furthermore, migrants from the EMS are privy to entertain labour rights shared by other domestic workers, such as the right to organise, and are also allowed to bring up to 3 dependent family members as a social support network. The 3 family members can also search for work under the EMS system, in a bid to allow for more financial and social mobility for workers across the world.
Citizenship has also been loosened to accommodate for more immigrants. Previously, citizenship was limited only to birth within the FEUSSR, or if foreign nationals were naturalised as immediate family members of FEUSSR citizens or as permanent residents within the FEUSSR. Now, citizenship can be doled out via jus sanguinis (if either parent is a citizen of the FEUSSR), jus soli (if the person in question was born within the FEUSSR's sovereign territory), naturalisation, or through "spilled blood". The last option covers foreign nationals who voluntarily engage in national service for the FEUSSR for 6 years, which can include enlistment or entry into the PSF, PDF, MNP-NAD, or firefighting service. Any national who gets wounded while performing national service for the FEUSSR can also immediately apply to be a citizen of the Far East, invoking "citizenship through spilled blood" - a concept not too dissimilar with that of the French Foreign Legion.
Naturalisation can also occur for migrants and their families, if they continually work or reside within the FEUSSR for a period of 7 years or more. It is also expected that they be of good conduct, have a legal domicile within the FEUSSR, and are capable of supporting themselves financially. Furthermore, people with traced ancestry/ethnic lineage to the FEUSSR's constituent territories can also receive a fast-tracked naturalisation process if they continually work or reside within the FEUSSR for a period of 3 years or more.
