In light of the current issues at Esportiva, I decided to rush a couple of things here, mostly because in case of need, I already put this region as a sort of safe heaven in case of turmoil over there. We're changing the password for a new one and all puppet owners are getting Border Control. If any of you have a nation at Esportiva, please make sure not to pass their regional password around without any sort of questioning beforehand as it appears raiders are already looking after that region with glee.

IIRC a vast majority of the region were his puppets. Other than this nation, I've Portlandistan, Salem oregon, Qbasic, and 71x here.
