P A X - S O V I E T I C A , Peace in the East

| As our great General Secretary Petrov foretold years ago, Peace in Eastern Europe and as a whole would be assured and guaranteed once the Soviet Union had finally reunited with its lost Brothers of the Warsaw Pact. Less than a Decade after setting out on the great Red Crusade against degeneracy and Capitalism, Petrov has declared Victory in Eastern Europe against the Forces of Democracy and the bourgeoisie. He proudly proclaimed to a packed Red Square, and to the Capitals of the Warsaw Pact and the wider World itself through the power of Live Television : |

"Comrades of the Armies of the Warsaw Pact, Men and Women Workers, Intellectuals, Brothers and Sisters across the Planet. I greet you and congratulate you on the work that you yourselves have done to make this occasion a reality. No less than 74 Years after the founding of our great Soviet Union were you able to secure this Communist Dream forevermore. I share with you the grief that our great Founder Lenin could not be here to witness this most glorious of occasions, or that our savior Stalin could not see the result of the foundation he created, and which we have built upon.

The unending Spirit of Generations which has constantly pushed us forward along this journey may now at last rest. The Warsaw Pact is the final Product of our work, a Stronghold within which we can build up our dreams without fear of war or aggression. It would be foolish however to state that because of this, we no longer need the support of the People. In fact we need your support now more than ever, to secure and consolidate that Peace and the Dream it will result in.

But we must realize that the West is of no concern to us, whether or not they wish to live in Capitalism is not a problem for us. That is an internal matter for them to figure out for themselves, after all why should we complain if they dont wish to join us on our Journey forwards. If that is the case then when we pass them by on our path of advancement, we must turn and wave as Neighbours should, not turn and shoot like these Cowboys that are so common in their own Governments.

*he throws his hand into the air* Of course the NATO Alliance should continue to exist. Peoples with common Goals come together to protect them, such is the case with our own Warsaw Pact, why should they not have something similar? What we must focus on is our own individual development. We dont agree with each others Systems of Government, that atleast gives us something in common. Wherever we can find things in Common, we can improve. And i for one certainly wont put Sabre Rattling above the deserving Peoples of the Warsaw Pact, of that i assure you all."

|The Speach perhaps came as an unexpected followup to the one made months before directed at NATO, but was without doubt part of Petrovs overall Character. It was however seen as a massive reinforcement of the Warsaw Pact Alliance, and an official halt to Soviet acquisitions in the European Theater specifically, as Mongolia was still part of Petrovs overarching aim of restoring the old "Soviet Empire". |
