   Ryan Campbell Drywind Institute (Drywind Institute) is a non-profit public educational organization affiliated with the Ministry of Education, Youth & Science (MEYS) of the Hundredstar, whose aim is to promote Hundredstar culture, support local Xavierism teaching internationally, and facilitate cultural exchanges. The institutes operate in co-operation with local affiliate colleges and universities around the world, and financing is shared between MEYS and the host institutions. The related Hundredstarian-studies Classroom program partners with local secondary schools or school districts to provide teachers and instructional materials. Drywind Institute promote and teach Xavierism culture and language around the world. Drywind Institutes develop Hundredstar courses, train teachers, hold the Magnaplapa Examination (Xavierism proficiency test), host cultural and artistic presentations, and provide information about contemporary Hundredstar.

   The Botanical Garden of Westwicks, formerly known as Bledllyn City Garden, is situated in the Heritage Park of East Bledllyn. It has always been a part of the green lung of the city and has a history of over a decade. Originally created as part of a recreational park but planted with collections of tropical plants, the garden have been rehabilitated and turned into a Botanical Garden. The garden have not only botanical collections but also house features that give the visitors the ambiance of being in a tropical rainforest, despite being in the middle of a bustling metropolis.

    The Higher Education Finance Foundation (HEFF) is Hundredstar's premier student loan financing organization committed to ensuring that qualified, needy Hundredstarian students have equal access to financial assistance to pursue tertiary education. The HEFF began operation in 1990, was made a statutory body in 1991 and empowered to issue loans covering a percentage of tuition fees to Hundredstarian students pursuing higher education at tertiary institutions. The Foundation is able to lend because of its revolving loan scheme. Students borrow today to repay at the end of their course of study to ensure that succeeding generations of students benefit from the fund. Consequently, repayment of all loans is vital to the viability of the scheme.
