In order to enshrine mutual friendship, collaboration, and extended diplomatic ties, the Trees of Forest and the Town of Ridgefield have elected to sign a new treaty. In doing so, we agree to committing to the following provisions.

Clause 1: Cultural Collaboration
The People of Forest and Ridgefield pledge to collaborate with eachother in matters of culture. Events will be held jointly by the regions at least annualy to celebrate this friendship. The exact nature of this event(s) will vary, but they will be decided upon and organized jointly by the Regional Officials of both Forest and Ridgefield.

Clause 2: World Assembly Collaboration
The People of Forest and Ridgefield pledge to collaborate with eachother in matters regarding the World Assembly. Members of both regions shall be encouraged to engage in discussion between both regions on current and upcoming proposals within both the General Assembly and the Security Council. Additionally, members of the regions who would write future proposals are encouraged to collaborate between members of both regions in drafting their proposals.

Clause 3: Mutual Recognition and Defense
The Trees of Forest and the Town of Ridgefield mutually recognize eachother as the legitimate governments of their respective regions. Both regions pledge to support the defense of eachother should either of their legitimate governments come under attack by forces hostile to them, to the extent that their respective constitutions and legal codes allow.
