Section A:
1. Nations must open a bank account with us or any authorized commercial banks in the region.
2. Any amount in the bank account can be used for the roleplay.
3. Each week, nations will receive a sum of 170,000 ACC.
4. If nations are willing to donate, fund, or aid nations, they must first send a transaction notice to the bank. Once they approve it, the transaction will go on.
5. Nations who do not sign the Waiver to Engage in Economic Activities will not be permitted to join the roleplay.
Section B:
1. Any action in the roleplay that uses money must be sent for approval to the CBA, before the player can roleplay it. (Example: Military Exercise, Invasion, Infrastructural Developments, and more… .)
2. Once the amount, estimated amount, partial payment, has been approved by the CBA, nations must approve the deduction from their account. Once the deduction is complete, they may roleplay it.
3. Any roleplay statement that involves money, without applying for a approval from the CBA, will be suppressed in the RMB.
Section C:
Amount: Paid fully immediately
Estimated Amount: Estimated amount of the action to be paid later or to be partially paid. (Mostly for invasions)
Partial Payment: To be paid partially.
Section D:
1. Nations may exchange their cards to receive money for the roleplay.
2. Nations may apply for jobs in private owned businesses or in the government to receive money for the roleplay.
3. Nations may open an account with interest to earn money.
4. Nations may open a credit card account with a limit to be paid at the first Sunday of every month.

In adherence to the economic regulations and principles governing the Council of Asia, any nation aspiring to partake in economic activities within our region is required to submit a formal application to Shu zhou.

Central Bank of Asia Business Idea Competition
1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all individual. Must open a bank account with us to receive cash prize.
2. Submission Deadline: All business idea submissions must be received by GMT+8 December 24, 2023 at 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM through Shu zhou.
3. Idea Ownership: Participants must submit their original business ideas. Plagiarism and unauthorized use of others' work are strictly prohibited.
4. Submission Format: Business ideas must be submitted using Dispatches in formal and serious way, to Shu zhou
5. Confidentiality: All submitted business ideas will be treated as confidential information. Judges, organizers, and participants are bound to uphold confidentiality.
6. Content Guidelines: Business ideas should demonstrate innovation, feasibility, and relevance to the economic context of the Council of Asia.
7. Judging Criteria: Business ideas will be evaluated based on creativity, potential economic impact, alignment with regional goals, and practicality.
8. Selection Process: A panel of judges selected by the CBA and Council of Asia will review and score the submissions. Finalists will be chosen based on the highest scores.
9. Finalist Presentation: Finalists will present their business ideas during a designated debate session using the Council of Asia RMB. The RMB will be closed to all people except finalist during this time. Presentations should be clear, focused, and within the allocated time limit.
10. Prizes: The top business idea will receive recognition from the Council of Asia, a commemorative award, and a Cash Prize Amount of 1,000,000 ACC which is also equivalent to 20 Legendary trading cards. . Additional prizes may be provided by the CBA.
11. Decision Finality: The judges' decisions are final and binding. No further discussion or appeal will be entertained.
12. Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their submitted business ideas. However, by participating, participants grant the CBA and Council of Asia the right to showcase and promote their ideas.
13. Publicity: Participants agree to participate in publicity activities related to the event, which may include interviews.
14. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to uphold the principles of respect and professionalism. Any behavior deemed disrespectful or disruptive will lead to disqualification.
15. Liability: The CBA, Council of Asia, and organizers are not responsible for any loss or any form of damages arising from participation in the competition.
16. Modifications: The CBA and Council of Asia reserve the right to modify the competition, rules, or event dates if necessary.

Targeting and Dealing with Inflation The CBA will adopt Inflation Targeting policies to protect the interest of the Economy. The CBA will set inflation rate ranges in order to keep everything well under control and ensurinh public trust in the government. 3. Interest Rates Commercial Banks must follow the interest rates given by the CBA. The CBA may lower them to stimulate investments and consumptions, while raising them may battle inflation. 4. Regulation To ensure integrity and stability within COA and the CBA, the CBA will monitor and supervise banks, financial institutions, and markets to prevent systemic risks and maintain public trust. 5. Exchange Rates The CBA may alter exchange rates in the interest of the economy. All Commercial Banks must follow the CBA’s Exchange Rates. By implementing this monetary policy framework, the CBA aims to create an environment conducive to economic stability, growth, and improved living standards for all residents. Dynamic Market: The ACC exchange rate fluctuates based on the rarity and desirability of certain cards. Card values can be influenced by market trends and player demand. 8. Wealth: The current wealth of a nation is judged by how much or little cards a nation possesses 10. Establishments Establishments must sell or buy items using the ACC. 11.
