The Sovereign State of Of Leben is a titanic, cultured nation, ruled by Martín Savoya with an iron fist, and notable for its pith helmet sales, public floggings, and punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 20.446 billion Interians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The medium-sized, corrupt, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Education, Industry, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Azores. The average income tax rate is 73.1%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Interian economy, worth a remarkable 4,039 trillion Pesos a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Book Publishing, Retail, and Beef-Based Agriculture. Average income is an impressive 197,558 Pesos, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Prisoners work-share to cut down rising costs of keeping them in jail, the Violet Mile now refers to the long line-ups that former death row inmates wait in as they transfer to maximum security prisons, citizens are constantly disappointed to find their nuisance neighbours are still alive, and vigilant Interians can see disasters coming from a mile away. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Of Leben's national animal is the Interian Cockatiel, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Roman Catholicism.

Of Leben is ranked 159,952^nd in the world and 3^rd in BLITZKRIEG for Most Extensive Civil Rights, with 53.67 Martin Luther King, Jr. Units.
