The Imperial Provinces of Exxosia is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by the Great and Mighty Exxos with an even hand, and renowned for its free-roaming dinosaurs, smutty television, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cheerful population of 29.422 billion Exxosians enjoy some of the most opulent lifestyles in the region, unless they are unemployed or working-class, in which case they are variously starving to death or crippled by easily preventable diseases.

The minute, corrupt government, or what there is of one, is effectively ruled by the Department of Administration, with Education and Industry also on the agenda, while Law & Order and Welfare are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Exxosia Central City. Income tax is unheard of.

The frighteningly efficient Exxosian economy, worth an astonishing 12,752 trillion Xosars a year, is driven almost entirely by the private sector, which is fairly diversified and led by the Retail industry, with significant contributions from Soda Sales, Uranium Mining, and Arms Manufacturing. Average income is an amazing 433,441 Xosars, but there is a large disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 1,789,952 per year while the poor average 69,005, a ratio of 25.9 to 1.

History textbook pages are used as impromptu tissues by distraught students, organised sports are frowned upon as frivolous, Exxosians have replaced bears in a popular idiom, and excited shovel-bearing geeks wander the countryside. Crime, especially youth-related, is so common that it is unusual to encounter someone following the law, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. Exxosia's national animal is the Exxosian void hawk, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution, and its national religion is not applicable.

Exxosia is ranked 43rd in the world and 1st in Antarctic Oasis for Largest Pizza Delivery Sector, scoring 29,774.12 on the Pepperoni Propulsion Productivity Index.
