Most of us don't realize, but humans are very fragile creatures. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks after a major surgery a few years ago and with the blood loss and being bedridden and all that, after that found myself to be extremely weak. I can't even walk to the bathroom myself without panting heavily. The strength only came back after about a month.

Before my grandma died, I also observed how she grew weak just from a fall. Life is so fragile and we should always cherish our loved ones.

I have gout in my right foot.. Also hemophilia as well.. The effects of internal bleeding on joints causes arthritis over time.. I feel old already and I am only about to be 30 next month. 30? WTF.. Now I feel even older realizing I've survived 3 decades..

I eat a lot of meat.. and drink a lot of alcohol.. Not sure if the bleeding disorder can make me more prone to it as well though.. and NO.. that issue is EVIL!
