Maybe we should refound the region if Eurussia isn't coming back.

Thank you...it's actually the second time I've been delegate:

2 years 55 days ago: Novo canuckia elected WA Delegate (ending The Kingdom of Huperzia's reign after 19 days).

After the big exodus to Esamir I became delegate after New-Zealand left. Shortly thereafter I got into an argument with Eurussia and I left, too. After about three weeks I moved back...i check in daily, but haven't really done any RP since I came back

I have a proposal.

We give Eurussia till 31 December 2016. Ones he has not returned for the new year. I shall make a new World Alliance region which we can all move to.

Well, we need to clearly decide who is to be the Delegate for the sake of the region. Huperzia and I can easily create an unsafe conflict for the executive branch as we basically have the same endorsements except for one nation. Without Eurussia here to ensure the safety of executive powers, however, that's a bad idea. Until Eurussia comes back, we all need to decide who is to be the Delegate without contesters trying to usurp the title.

That's too long. Eurussia has been gone for a long time. Nobody know what happend. Just give him till November 1st.

(CHANGE) Eurussia has till November 1st to return otherwise we shall move to a new World Alliance. (Hard dicission)
