All those are direct results of your answers to daily issues. The way you answer to them creates changes in your nation's description and statistics that may lead to fun cases, like this.

Now, while I don't see the specific things you mention, I do see your people has a "remarkable for its aversion to nipples". Since your nation is quite new, some of those values and descriptive entries will still be influence by your government choices upon creating the nation, and they will change in the future based on how you answer to future issues.
