True, but I did enjoy seeing Arsenal beat Man U yesterday. And then seeing Old Trafford flooded.

Excuse me?? We only have one OREO flavour.

Well yes, but actually no. *pulls out golden OREOs*

Watch Tottenham lose to City just to spite the Gooners. :P

The trolls are already out? Damn, middle school classes end earlier and earlier every year.

Golden Oreos ruin Oreos, they taste like they took sand and made it an Oreo

Plastria wrote:Golden Oreos ruin Oreos, they taste like they took sand and made it an Oreo

Golden Oreos are actually better than regular Oreos in my opinion

Agreed. They taste great.

This is the worst region. I gotta get out of here!

There is something fundamentally wrong with the phrase "Golden Oreos" ....

Bye large sunspot group.
Lots of flares and aurorae.
Back in a fortnight?

Do sunspots influence human behavior/moods?

Yy4u wrote:Do sunspots influence human behavior/moods?

Directly? No. I suppose their effects such as aurorae can influence moods as in “oh wow” when seeing them.

Another flare: "The largest solar flare of the current solar cycle (and the 17th most intense solar flare ever recorded!) occurred momentarily ago as a behemoth X8.7-class flare let loose from the very infamous parting Active Region 3664. It is the most intense flare seen since 2017."

Hi, welcome but please do not double post.

Actually after receiving your telegram I’m rescinding my welcome. Once a troll, always a troll. Getting DEATed by Moderation shows you’re not a suitable resident of our region.

(Fickt euhe was the nation for my colleagues information.)

X8.7 is probably an underestimate of the strength of the flare as it was side on rather than full frontal.

Sensible. From the imagery, looks like a global corona wave across the Sun from the flare. I've seen a range of readings attributed to it, from 8.53 to 8.8. The 8.8 reading was revised to 8.7 though. It will be interesting to see how long this sunspot lasts.

From Sinaloa, Mexico: "I may never get to see another Crimson sky at midnight this far south in my lifetime....."

Yes! That's it. Let the Crimson embrace you in it's cloak of warmth and comfort. The Crimson Order spreads into RL. Crimson Sky at Night, Crimson's King's Delight.

BTW, some in the UK may see some WWII planes in the air. DC-3's were spotted flying over England today. "A large migration of DC-3/C-47s will make their way across the Atlantic to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day and the 75th anniversary of the Berlin Airlift. The flight will depart Oxford Waterbury on 18 May."
