watching the planes mess up the sky with who knows what,like we are being sprayed like cockroaches
So, I've been having what I thought were anxiety atracks for a little while now, but was having panic attacks as what I've just been explained to by a Psychologist. :/
The most recent was triggered by my cat.
It was a panic attack, and I was home alone. He was scratching on the door, but it didn't sound like several cla, it sounded like a knife blade, and my mind completely went into "Jeff The Killer"
