Personal I think it all of our faults. The ISA should have accepted the fact that Genovia and Scotland left and formed the COA, yes it was done in bad taste buts it's life. So instead of moving on and accepting the fact that they left we had to try to undermine them. In the end it backfired and the whole object of the ISA was to take down the POS but newsflash they are doing a hell of a lot better then we are.
But the POS and COA are also at fault. If they wouldn't have made the situation worse we wouldn't be in this mess. It doesn't matter who does what to who in the end everyone is going lose. It's a fact.
