The Diplomatic Service of the Empire of Cyrod is sorry to inform the State of Koopaville of the fact that the location of prison of the tyrannical god is so classified that not even the Diplomatic Service of the Empire of Cyrod is permitted to know even its most general location, while the means of the captivity is public knowledge, ever since his having been sealed in the ice by the power of the Elements of Harmony, which is theoretically the only means by which he could be released.

Very well. Also, can you describe the Elements of Harmony?

Koopaville wrote:Very well. Also, can you describe the Elements of Harmony?

The six Elements of Harmony are extremely powerful magical artifacts that are additionally extremely picky regarding what individuals they allow to make use of them, in what circumstances, and against which foes, and all six Elements of Harmony are presently possessed by their bearers in the Equestrian Principality.

Guess who's the bearer of the Element of Magic, the most powerful of them all?

Alright. Now, what exactly is Arawn? In other words, what species is he a part of, and are there any other living relatives of him that could provide genetic information?

OOC: No. What you're basically saying is, if I win your land fair and square in war, then you'll make a backdoor metagame deal with Valcouria, and take advantage of his horrific bias in drawing the map, to keep it from me just to spite me. That's not only transparently ridiculous, it also utterly breaks the Despot's new RP rules about handling IC shenanigans ONLY ICLY. Further, it could be seen as incredibly disrespectful toward me, pulling such inane metagaming just for the sake of taking what I have rightfully earned in RP away from me, thus breaking one of the BIG rules.

The records of the assorted organizations of the Empire of Cyrod regarding the previous international communications of the tyrannical god seem to indicate that the tyrannical god is a Draconequus, although his behavioral tendencies wouldn't otherwise provide much indication of close kinship with the Ruler of Naggoroth.

I happen to know an interesting rumor about Arawn. One I heard a long time ago from none other than Discord himself. Apparently, a long, long time ago, Arawn used the an Earth Pony. I have no idea if this is true or not, but it would certainly explain a lot...

Alright. Is it possible to collect genetic material from Arawn at this point in time, or not? In addition, can a somewhat thorough description of draconequuses be given?

OOC: He can, actually. Probably will.

OOC: It depends on if Cyrod is really willing to either get in the war or delegate his forces, and if Suid stays loyal to the GA. If it's just me v. Nani, Nani will win. But if it goes up to Nani v. Suid, myself, and Cyrod, then Nani will very, very likely lose.

OOC: I have some tactics, but I know much less about naval warfare than ground or aerial warfare. In short, it's going to be a weak point. At this point though, the only option I have is to hope that you're willing to fight.

OOC: When invading America, yes. With Cyrod ... lulno. Cyrod constantly uses grade-A+++ OP ridiculousness. I will use whatever insane technology, magic, magitech, technomagic, etc. I can dream up, because I know he'll do exactly the same. And I will win against Cyrod, because while both of us have a capacity for cruelty and destruction toward our enemies limited only by our imaginations, I have the much superior imagination.

OOC: I was under the impression that Suid will back out of the war come the 25th, especially now that Albion is getting more and more involved. If not, though.... I get to have fun. >:3

Councilmember Lenore, sent to represent the Council, arrived at the Nannan capital and immediately got to the building she was ordered to. She was really impressed when she saw the city, Girltown looked like a village in comparison and the amount of cars on the streets was almost bizarre to her.
As she was driven through the city, she realized that she really stood out between all the nanans, with her colorful, ornamental clothes and the ridiculous amount of diamonds clipped in her hair she felt out of place between the formal people that she met from the welcoming-comitee. To be short, the 14-year-old had some sort of political culture-shock, specially because she never left Lolitan before.
She arrived at the government-building and began the negotiations about the vassalation of Lolitan...

Give an example of Cyrod's OPness. He's nerfed himself tremendously, given up his overseas possessions, and killed off over half his people.

Also, I see you are intent on winning at any cost...what will you do if you win? A big if.

OOC: And there we go again; people keep coming at me with these ridiculous and baseless accusations of utilizing grade-A+++ OP ridiculousness, and I still have no idea where they keep getting these ideas from, and, frankly, I am getting very tired of listening to their bullshit.

I'm going to see if I can swear. No? Bullshit.
