American Emergency Broadcasting Network: Imperial President Arkady Delmar's Z-Day Address.
As the T.V Screen showed the American Insignia on the screen, it zoomed out and showed a feed of the White House office. Arkady Delmar was behind his desk as he had four soldiers guarding him. Two Standing up behind the desk, and two in wheelchairs in front of the desk. Their weapons were at their ready.
"Good Morning Citizens of America. It's me, You're President, Arkady Delmar. I know that you are all anxious and very worried about Z Day, and I can assure you, so am I. However, Remember our past. We were once a divided nation, families and friends torn apart by political ideas now long forgotten. We stand united once again to call ourselves American. I will not say that we will pass through this unharmed, some of us will die, that is a guarantee, some of us will survive, and most others will be traumatized or hurt by the events to come. Yet what I ask of you is this; Do not go quietly into that good night. This is a time where you must love each other, where you must appreciate what you have so that you know what you are fighting for." He said gently before standing up.
"I have ordered that all soldiers defend our nation with every ounce of their will, and I have also ordered that this government shall prepare all of you for the coming Zombie hordes. I shall not sit in a bunker, and co ordinate this battle from afar." He then lifted the head off of a stone statue and pressed a red button before closing it while the walls of the white house revealed a Cache of weapons. He then grabbed an assault Rifle and helmet before placing it on his head. Arkady turned and looked at the Camera. "I shall be fighting the hordes with the brave soldiers of this nation. I encourage everyone to follow the outlined survival guide we have given you, and to trust that your government will do everything in it's power to defend you, your friends, and your family. We will do whatever we can to defend you in this dire time. Though there will be sacrifices, we shall only take volunteers who wish to be in the hot zoned bases so that we may divide the power of the undead to not be overwhelmed." He said. "To all who are watching this, Make sure to spend time with your family, your friends, your lovers, and your enemies. Erase the boundaries which divide you all, Race, Class, Religion, and ideology. Today we are all Americans, Now and Forever. We shall guard and defend Freedom and Democracy come the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. I wish you all the best of luck my citizens, I shall be the leader you all wanted, and I will give my life to defend your lives and country. Do not throw away your lives, make sure that you do as much good as you can. To the British Citizens of this Nation, Fight for Queen and Country, To all Citizens, Fight for a better future. May God be with you all." He said before he gave one last salute and the feed ended.

The boarders of Yitoria are closing as well as the region capital. If you have any citizens with in my boarders please inform them to get to the regional capital and get to their respected embassy or seek shelter in our various bunkers.
