Well, if the delegate votes on a WA resolution, the number of votes that get counted are that nation's + the number of endorsers.
Also, if it is allowed by the region's founder, they can also edit the regional description. But there's the possibility of raiders coming in, seizing the delegacy, and changing the description.

In my town there is a Walmart and a Target, plus a more local superstore chain. That's about it. But from what I've seen Target gets a lot more variety than Walmart in electronics and games.
You could try E.B. Games/GameStop though.
