You mean 45-45-90?
And personally I prefer 30-60-90's, for the sole reason that when you say it fast it sounds like "30-69-dy"
Also I like the fact that the hypotenuse is (usually) an even number and not "7√2" or something like it (usually) is in a 45-45-90 triangle.
