Good news we are almost done the only nation left is trying to build a zombie empire and will probably be booted soon.
Good job comrades and a spiecal thanks to the queen and founder who I was working with a few minutes ago to purge the zombies (I'm going to make another sweep to be sure)
There are still several to go I believe. I admit to being disappointed at the number of nations attempting to build zombie empires. Never had that happen before.

Eh, I am not banning and everyone may come back afterwards, unlike the true traitors we love to sniff out. It is just a mini-game. Still rather surprised by some of these names.
Let's not worry about them right now. The undead are our main concern.

We worry about them because those who build a zombie empire grow zombies faster and our goal right now is to eliminate the zombies. We also posted several warnings in the week leading up to this that anyone found to be sabotaging the race for the cure would be ejected. Also, because I am online right now and don't get to use the eject button very often and it is fun.
There is a law of diminishing returns for the missiles. Lots of undead in a nation mean your missiles cure more in a single blast. Lower numbers of undead (below roughly 50 million or so) mean you get only 1-3 million at a go, instead of the >100 million potentially cured by a single missile in a nation with 1 billion infected.
That's how it works I see (I'm kind of a newbie to the game in general sorry)

I've been working on 13 and 14 but I need to leave soon too. I am not sure I like this 36 hour time frame. It is exhausting.

I agree with Othercoast. Not only did we manage to get the cure this year but a remaining infection rate of 0.1% is awesome. We only had to eject five nations, and only one of those was actually attacking other nations with the undead. Very impressive.
