It needs to start with respect. The major factor in most wars in our regions starting are by people retaliating to others in a disrespectful manner. We need to have le-way and given nations a chance to speak there minds openly. If we can't allow that then what kind of region are we? We need to jump to conclusions especially when a persons only conclusion is war. We need to take the time to sit back remain calm and talk about things as much as we can. At the same time when I say talk about it i mean talk to them of peace. I know of times in the past where people "talking" things out was really just them have a war of words in private. Respect needs to be show throughout the region and we need to be honest and responsible with our words and our issue. A problem cannot b solved if no one else knows of the problem.

Why do you always have to start problems during these elections. I want to get recruitment up and started once again. Rebuild the region we had before I want to strey away from inner region tension like your trying to start already. I want to have a open and welcoming region that people want to live in.

i want the future of the AOAN to be brighter then it ever has been. We need to get a recruitment committee put together to get our population back up. We need to ensure the safety of the nations by doing all we can to stop wars, not just jumping into them. I plan to get said committee put together and get nations back in this region. I plan to maintain peace by only encouraging peace. War has gotten us almost no where in the past. If war is what will slow down our future then everything need to be done to prevent war. The AOAN will thrive.

Good day gentlemen.
Voting is open for the next delegate of the AOAN. As stated above, please consider both of these options as the winner of this election will have a big say on how AOAN V.2 is formed.
I'd like to reiterate my plan for AOAN V.2.
AOAN Residents,
I feel that as the region's most experienced delegate I am the best man for the job. As delegate I would work to increase the number of active nations in the region. My primary goal would be to create an atmosphere that nations want to be a part of. We will create a fun yet serious feel for the region by participating in RPs and taking part in various polls and debates. After we establish the atmosphere we are looking for the nations will come pouring in. Establishing a new recruiting campaign would be great. I also want to create a new constitution. Any nation that would like to help write the document would be allowed. All laws in the constitution will be held to a vote. The law will be passed if more than half of the nations vote for the law. A law can be amended or changed a bit through the same rules. Only if more than half approve will the law be amended.
I have a plan for this region that I believe will help us move in the right direction in this rebuild. I'm going to build a favorable environment to recruit new nations and rewrite the constitution. Everybody will receive a say in writing the new constitution so long as they read and pay attention to all discussion and debate on the topic. I do hope that I am voted in for the position to help lead this region back into relevance.

Dear AOAN citizens,
This is our region, many of us started in this region and have been here for a very long time. I want this place to be new to what we know. I plan to start a committee for recruitment as a way to get our population back on the rise. We need to promote peace and rights that any basic human beings should have. I plan to start the constitutional committee to get our Constitutions re-written and back in order. This committee will be in charge of writing the Constitution or parts of it and then the region will get their voice heard as we will vote for it. I want to ensure this as a safe place and welcoming home to all nations. I ask for your support this election season and thank you for reading
