A guy just tried to recruit me to the region of Westphalia. Clearly he does not know of my feud with Hannelore Kraft. Is there any way to block getting recruitment telegrams? They don't come too often, but they're annoying as hell. Which is ironically what my ex-girlfriend says about me.

I think the only problem my nation has is the tax rate. But they get tons of rights as a result so I'm sure they're happy with it.
