I don't exist
Catochristoferson, Opimo, and Freddy3
You don't understand the joke. I'm actually good government. I don't exist.

This is not true. You've pretty much described the limits of what is currently possible within the normal confines of the game, but then that's why there are forums.
You can roleplay, you can become involved in regional government, you can do journalism and espionage, you can help raid or defend regions using the endorsement system, you can party with other regions or just go exploring with your nations. You can take part in debates or just play silly spam games. There's even karaoke, sometimes.
Really there's an enormous amount you can do as part of this community. It's worth investigating.

How do I leave and make a new alliance?

I can't. I don't exist, so I can't follow orders.

Right, dont squeeze the Charmin.
Always sound advice in any circumstance.
Trust me, it is more scared of you.
Just dont wave a broom at it willy nilly and you will be okay.
Burn your documents, dismantle your decrypters, and sneak out on a privately chartered plane before our state department figures out what you are doing.
Oh, too late.
Who is talking then?
I am seeing shades of a cheesy comedy film franchise.
I just realized a few hours ago I wrote "I'm the ass" instead of "in the ass" lol umm don't worry, it's probably just me, because in the River Plate region where I live that's something you can do (the interpretation out of which all of this began lol)
Sssssoo, the weather?
Wow.
OK - its hot here. Miserable.
Funny joke but I reject the premise. There IS such a thing as good government.
Lioniel, Erinor, Starfire islands, and Minivanistan
In today's world, it sure doesn't seem like it
And Santa Claus.
Or are they the same thing now?
Lioniel, Catochristoferson, Opimo, Freddy3, and 1 otherActually good government
Uh huh. Santa Clause is real too. (sarcastic comment)

You guys might want to read page 2 of your script so you don't copy each other.
A government that listens to its people, how is that not a good government?
Or, if you prefer, how is government, any government, inherently bad?
To me a government that establishes justice, ensures domestic tranquility, provides for the common defense, helps promote the general welfare, that is a pretty good government.

Ideology, the state, and private property are all spooks. Morality is a social construct that varies widely from person to person. Whether or not you believe in a God or other supernatural entity, we can still recognize that organized religion is a political body in practically all existing examples. Very little exists in this world that is not an abstract concept designed to make society run more smoothly.
That does not mean, however, that just because those concepts have no power over those who do not allow them to control their destiny means that they do not help keep a society running. The trick is knowing which spooks to reject and knowing which to accept.
Err on the side of objectification, and you will usually do well.
The backdrops of our existence are chaotic enough without our help.
