Yet i still complain and wonder why the lifespan in Dictationapore is so low

I think Dictationapore beats Yulis for crime rate only because they probably tell people that crime doesn't exist in Dictationapore (or they don't tell them, if something doesn't exist, why tell people about it?).

Both of you are technically correct. We don't have an "official" set of crimes so technically, things like murder aren't classified as "crimes", therefore we have zero crime, per se. However anyone who does an action that's considered a crime in a country like Yulis for example, well they just disappear.
