It is never a good idea. The game cannot differentiate whom is actually behind the keyboard and game admin will always take the safest route and delete posts and or the player. You can however appeal this in the forums, but not likely to be taken as 'the truth', understand?

Theoretically any TWP nation could become a Delegate - certainly TWPAF members will at some stage occupy the delegate seat of some far flung region during their tour of duty, and therefore be presented with this decision.

Whether we would ever simultaneously hold 74 separate delegate posts simultaneously to be able to steamroller a proposal through is unlikely, but not impossible given a little forward planning ;)
