I get broken links on a lot of the flags. Of the ones I can see, I don't think any of them are better than our current flag. I specifically object to the Scandinavian cross ones, because that's Christian symbology, and Balder was a heathen god.
Hmm. My proposal, I think, would be the same blue, white, and gold as our current flag. Blue field, with a gold quarter-circle with white rays in dexter chief (similar to the current one, but with the colors swapped, and no raven (which is the wrong god's)), representing the light of the sun, or the Balder's brow flower, and on the field a longship sailing to sinister in white and gold, representing Balder's great ship, Hringhorni.
I'll have to draw it up in my copious free time (which means "not this week").

The rational behind my flag is:
-The scene in my flag represents the funeral of Baldur, (which has obvious connections to the namesake of this region, and also symbolism of Vikings, and life and death (important to our region, as it's a region of rebirth).
-The colour scheme of black and white is to symbolise the contrast between life and death (and also, white is the colour of Baldur)
I also have a new variant on it, where the ship is visible
