BRWA Citizenry Press Issue 7: Ancian Elected as WZEU Governor!

WZEU Governor Elected!

The election, held in WZEU for the title of Governor, has ended with a 100% approval rate of Ancian; as expected. Their only opponent was Dimension Facilities, who's platform was regarding turning WZEU into a wasteland. It serves as no surprise that they won the elections in such a dramatic way because of that, with Dimension Facilities commenting that they were glad that nobody voted for them as it shows that the region is still sane.

Currently, Ancian has not taken the position of WAD as the delegacy transition is still underway. However, with 7 endorsments for Apulita and 5 for Ancian, it is expected to be complete within the next two days.

With a new governor comes a new WZEU government; Apulita has made it clear via the RMB regarding how the Government transition will take place:

"It is also Ancian's right to initiate the election for the Internal Ministry. After this election (the rules for which are in the constitution), Ancian may unilaterally appoint a Minister of Defense, the Internal Ministry will appoint a Minister of Recruitment, and the Governor and Internal Ministry will jointly recommend to the Empress the appointment of a Lord High Comissioner.
Anyone interested in one or more of these roles, I would advise you to express interest in them now so you are part of considerations." - Apulita, via RMB.

For the time being, two individuals have announced their want to become part of Government; Commie agitators (as expected), and Ashes Rising (WZEU nation of Warzone malphe). The former wishes to become an IM (Internal Minister) and the latter is looking to become the Minister of Recruitment.

Ancian proceeded to address it themselves:

"When I become the WAD I will immediately begin the 3 days of candidacy for the IM, and then assume the voting and picking of all government offices.

So, if you are considering running for an office now is about the time to begin preparing for the office you aim to get elected too. On a related note, any nations interested in becoming the Minister of Defense should TG me as soon as possible to give me ample time to decide, and to let the Defense Minister pick a Gendarmerie Officer." - Ancian, via RMB.

WZEU has picked up in activity dramatically with everything taking place there as of recently; although it is expected to die down in the near future, the Press wishes the best of luck to the transitioning Warzone.

WAD of WZAU Leaves NS!

United weadowacre, prior the leader of the Triumvirate of Warzone Australia (henceforth TWA), has resigned from his role in NS for disclosed reasons, and left Warzone Australia for the Graveyard:

"By obligations, I need to leave NationStates.
Im very sad with this, but I dont have anything to make. Good Luck!" - United weadowacre, via RMB, quote edited for good grammar.

This leaves the TWA not a Triumvriate, and incomplete. With Rablijan taking up power as the WAD, with only one endorsement, the TWA is not expected to survive for too long. Following such a theorized crash and burn, the Press assumes that it will fall into anarchy. However, another regime could potentially take over and rule Warzone Australia in the place of the TWA.

However, we hope that the TWA will come back from the major setback and retain power in their respective region.
