[color=blue][b][u]ARTICLE 1[/b][/u][/color]: Regional Government of Eladen will be composed of an Executive Cabinet, an Advisory Committee & Regional Assembly. Executive Cabinet appointed by founder and are for life unless nation no longer resides within Eladen. Advisory Committee are appointed by founder and approved by a 1 vote per resident poll. Regional Assembly representatives are determined by methods approved by nation in question.

[color=blue][b][u]ARTICLE 3[/b][/u][/color]: Regional Assembly may bring initiatives before Regional Cabinet if proposal approved by 2/3 vote of Assembly. 40% of Assembly attendance required for quorum. Regional Assembly is composed of 1 representative for up to each 1 billion citizens of a nation.

[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 4[/b][/u][/color]: Executive Cabinet consists of following posts:

[b]Generalissimo[/b]: Heads all forces marshaled for use by Regional Government. Oversees Marshal of Militia and Supreme Commander of EDF in the field.

[b]Marshal of Militia[/b]: Commands all volunteer national forces gathered to support regional policies. Reports on status of national forces advises deployments

[b]Supreme Commander of EDF[/b]: Commands all formal regional defense forces & reports on status of EDF.

[b]WA Delegate[/b]: current WA Delegate, if any. Deals with & reports all WA matters

[b]Secretary of State[/b]: Reports state of embassies and regional ties. Negotiates treaties between Eladen and foreign regions for ratification by Cabinet

[b]Minister of Health&Interior[/b]: oversees & reports national and overall regional health, regional land & unclaimed territories

[b]Trade Minister[/b]: oversees & reports on general economy of region. Initiates Trade Agreements with non-embassy regions.


[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 5[/b][/u][/color]: Advisory Committee advises of national & regional policies & status of focus. Committee observes, debates & advises proceedings of Cabinet but has no voting rights.


[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 6[/b][/u][/color]: All embassy regions are hereby declared Most Favored Trading Region status. All tariffs to these regions are void. Nations are not forced to trade with nations from regions with Most Favored Trading Region status.

[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 7[/b][/u][/color]: Regions banned from Embassies, Treaties, Accords, Pacts, Alliances or Trade Agreements: Hell, Wysteria, New York, Glorious Nations of Iwaku, The Black Riders, Nugut, Unknown, 10000 Islands.

[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 8[/b][/u][/color]: No Nation may hold more than one Cabinet position simultaneously. No Nation may hold a Cabinet position or Advisory Committee position simultaneously.

[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 9[/b][/u][/color]: Constitution Does Not Supersede National Sovereignty.

[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 10[/b][/u][/color]: Article 1 thru 10 are permanent and unalterable.

[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 11[/b][/u][/color]: Cabinet & Advisory Committee positions may be reevaluated by a “Vote of No Confidence” upon that position by the Regional Assembly, requiring a 2/3 majority of a full Assembly. High Crimes & Misdemeanors against the region must be cited prior to No Confidence vote.

[b][u][color=blue]ARTICLE 12[/b][/u][/color]: Amendments may be proposed by the Cabinet, Advisory Committee or Regional Assembly by a majority vote within the respective body the proposition originated. Any amendment passing the body which it originated it then passes to the Regional Assembly for ratification by 2/3 majority of that body. Quorum must exist before Ratification process may proceed.
