Preamble
The People's of the Rose League, mindful of their responsibility towards creation, resolved to renew their alliance so as to strengthen liberty, democracy, independence and peace in a spirit of solidarity and openness towards the world, determined to live together with mutual consideration and respect for their diversity, conscious of their common achievements and their responsibility towards future generations, and in the knowledge that only those who use their freedom remain free, and that the strength of a people is measured by the well-being of its weakest members; adopt the following Constitution:

Article I : General Provisions
Section I : The Rose League
The people and the Stáit (State) of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Isfera (Realm) of the the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Tìr (Territory) of the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) form The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog).

Sub-Section I : Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti)
A federal directorial democratic republic that consists of twelve Stáit (State): Eire, Cauci, Airgialla, Riata, Delbhna, Cruthin, Diarmata, Deisi, Kinela, Liathain, Darini and Erdini.

Sub-Section II : Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici)
A presidential republic that consists of eight Isfera (Realm): Akko, Palatium, Aventinus, Raetia, Esquiliae, Caelian, Serapis and Capena.

Sub-Section III : Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia)
A democratic kritarchy that consists of six Stàite (State): Yns Mon, Abertawe, Caerffili, Semita, Casnewydd, Wrescam.

Sub-Section IV : Federal Capital of The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog)
Caerleon, in the Stáit (State) of Eire [Kalti] shall be the federal capital of the Rose League.

Sub-Section V : Capital City of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti)
Sindri, in the Stáit (State) of Eire [Kalti] shall be the capital city of the Federation of Kalti.

Sub-Section VI : Capital City of the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici)
Valletta, in the Isfera (Realm) of Akko [Callaici] shall be the capital city of the Republic of Callaici.

Sub-Section VII : Capital City of the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia)
Annwn, in the Stàite (State) of Yns Mon [Andalucia] shall be the capital city of the Commonwealth Country of Andalucia.

Section II : Aims
* The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) shall protect the liberty and rights of the people and safeguard the independence and security of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia).
* It shall promote the common welfare, sustainable development, internal cohesion and cultural diversity of the country.
* It shall ensure the greatest possible equality of opportunity among its citizens.
* It is committed to the long term preservation of natural resources and to a just and peaceful international order.

Section III : Kalti / Callaici / Andalucia
The Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) are sovereign except to the extent that their sovereignty is limited by the Rose Constitution (Rós Bunreacht | Tela Kostituzzjoni | Ròs Bun-reachd). They exercise all rights that are not vested in The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog).

Section IV : Individual and Collective Responsibility
The National Languages are Ajnabi (English), Kaltian (Irish), Callaician (Maltese) and Andalucian (Scots Gaelic).

Section V : Rule of Law
* All activities of The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) and the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) are based on and limited by law.
* Activities of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) must be conducted in the public interest and be proportionate to the ends sought.
* Institutions of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) and private persons shall act in good faith.
* The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) and the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall respect international law.

Section VI : Individual and Collective Responsibility
All individuals shall take responsibility for themselves and shall, according to their abilities, contribute to achieving the tasks of the state and society.

Section VII : Principles
* The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog), the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall support each other in the fulfillment of their duties and shall generally cooperate with each other.
* They owe each other a duty of consideration and support and shall provide each other with administrative assistance and mutual judicial assistance.

Section VIII : Duties of the Rose League
The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) shall fulfill the duties that are assigned to it by the Rose Constitution (Rós Bunreacht | Tela Kostituzzjoni | Ròs Bun-reachd).

Section IX : Duties of Kalti, Callaici and Andalucia
The Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall decide on the duties that they must fulfill within the scope of their powers.

Section X : Participation in Federal Decision Making
* In the cases specified by the Rose Constitution (Rós Bunreacht | Tela Kostituzzjoni | Ròs Bun-reachd), the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall participate in the federal decision making process.
* The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) shall inform the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) of its intentions fully and in good time and consult where their interests are affected.

Section XI : Autonomy of Kalti, Callaici and Andalucia
The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) shall respect the autonomy of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia). It shall leave the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) sufficient tasks of their own and respect their organisational autonomy. It shall leave them with sufficient sources of finance and contribute towards ensuring that they have the financial resources required to fulfill their tasks.

Article II : Governance of the Rose League
Section I : Structure
The government of the Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) shall be known as the Rose Forum (An Rós Fóram | Il-Tela Forum | Tha Ròs Fòram) which shall consist of one chamber broken into two parts: that of the Council of Knowledge (Comhairle na Eolais | Kunsill ta 'l-Għarfien | Comhairle de Eòlas) and that of the Council of the People (Comhairle an Phobail | Kunsill tal-Poplu | Comhairle nan Daoine). The Rose Forum (An Rós Fóram | Il-Tela Forum | Tha Ròs Fòram) shall consist of one-hundred and eleven members total, thirty-seven from each country of the Rose League. Members shall be democratically elected by the respective population of each country every five years and may serve for a grand total of four terms.

Sub-Section I : Council of Knowledge (Comhairle na Eolais | Kunsill ta 'l-Għarfien | Comhairle de Eòlas)
* There shall be twelve members on the Council of Knowledge, four from each country of the Rose League and each member shall hold the title of Secretary General (Rúnaí Ginearálta | Segretarju Āenerali | Rùnaire Coitcheann).
* Members of the Council of Knowledge shall be elected by the Council of the People and act as the heads of the Rose Forum (An Rós Fóram | Il-Tela Forum | Tha Ròs Fòram) along with representing the interests of their country.
* Members of the Council of Knowledge shall nominate and appoint the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Crimson Royal Forces as well as the Commanders of the Union Reserves, the Freedom Guard and the Guardian Corps on the recommendation of the respective governments of each country of the Rose League.

Sub-Section II : Council of the People (Comhairle an Phobail | Kunsill tal-Poplu | Comhairle nan Daoine)
* There shall be ninety-nine members on the Council of the People, thirty-three from each country of the Rose League and each member shall hold the title of Arbiter (Eadránaí | Arbitru | Rèiteachaidh).
* Members of the Council of the People shall oversee legislation that affects the Union as a whole and are tasked with the well being of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia).

Article III : Freedoms, Rights and Protections of the Citizens
Section I : Equality Before the Law
* Every person is equal before the law.
* No person may be discriminated against, in particular on grounds of origin, race, gender, age, language, social position, way of life, religious, ideological, or political convictions, or because of a physical, mental or psychological disability.
* Men and women have equal rights.The law shall ensure their equality, both in law and in practice, most particularly in the family, in education, and in the workplace. Men and women have the right to equal pay for work of equal value.

Section II : Human Dignity and the Principle of Good Faith
Human dignity must be respected and protected and every person has the right to be treated by authorities in good faith and in a non-arbitrary manner.

Section III : Life and Personal Freedom
Every man and woman has the right to life, personal liberty, freedom of movement and in particular physical and mental integrity.

Section IV : Freedom of Expression
Every man and woman shall be free to communicate information and express thoughts, opinions and sentiments, whether orally, pictorially, in writing, or in any other way.

Section V : Freedom of Information
Every man and woman shall be free to procure and receive information and otherwise acquaint oneself with the utterances of others. The media, be it the press, the radio, the television or other forms of dissemination of features and information shall remain free and open with censorship being prohibited and sources of information being protected.

Section VI : Restrictions of Expression and Information
Freedom of Expression and Freedom of Information may be restricted with regard to the security of the Rose League, the Federation of Kalti, the Republic of Callaici, the Commonwealth Country of Andalucia, public order and public safety, the good name of the individual, the sanctity of private life, and the prevention and prosecution of crime.

Section VII : Freedom of Assembly
Every man and woman shall be free to organize or attend a meeting for the purposes of information or the expression of opinion or for any other similar purpose, or for the purpose of presenting artistic work.

Section VIII : Freedom to Demonstrate
Every man and woman shall be free to organize or take part in a demonstration in a public place

Section IX : Restrictions to Assemble and Demonstrate
Freedom of Assembly and Freedom to Demonstrate may be restricted in the interests of preserving public order and public safety at a meeting or demonstration, or having regard to the circulation of traffic.

Section X : Freedom of Association
Every man and woman shall be free to associate with others for public or private purposes.

Section XI : Freedom of Worship
Every man and woman shall be free to practice one’s religion alone or in the company of others.

Sub-Section I : Religion in Kalti
Per the Sainordú an Nádúir (Mandate of Nature), Wicca is the official religion of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti).

Sub-Section II : Religion in Callaici
Per the Mandat tal-Poplu' (Mandate of the People), Spiritual Naturalism is the official religion of the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici).

Sub-Section III : Religion in Andalucia
Per the Àithne na Beinne (Mandate of the Mountain), Wicca is the official religion of the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia).

Section XII : Freedom of Economy
Every man and woman shall be free to choose an occupation as well as the means to pursue an economic activity.

Section XIII : Freedom of Domicile
Every man and woman shall be free to establish their domicile anywhere in the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) and they have the right to enter or leave at any time of their choosing.

Section XIV : Right to Petition
Every man and woman has the right, without prejudice, to petition the authorities who must acknowledge receipt of such petitions.

Section XV : Right of Political Opinion
Every man and woman has the right to form an opinion and to give genuine expression to his or her will.

Section XVI : Right to Privacy
Every man and woman has the right to privacy in their private and family life, in their home and in relation to their mail and telecommunications. They are also protected against the misuse of their personal data.

Section XVII : Right to Marry and Have a Family
Every man and woman has the right to marry have a family.

Section XVIII : Right to Ownership
Every man and woman has the right to own property.

Section XIX : Right to Assistance When in Need
Every man and woman in need and unable to provide for themselves have the right to assistance and care, and to the financial means required for a decent standard of living.

Section XX : Protection of Children and Young People
Children and young people have the right to the special protection of their integrity and to the encouragement of their development. They may personally exercise their rights to the extent that their power of judgement allows.

Section XXI : Protection Against Capital Punishment
The death penalty is prohibited; torture and any other form of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment are prohibited.

Section XXII : General Procedural Guarantees
* Every person has the right to equal and fair treatment in judicial and administrative proceedings and to have their case decided within a reasonable time.
* Each party to a case has the right to be heard.
* Any person who does not have sufficient means has the right to free legal advice and assistance unless their case appears to have no prospect of success. If it is necessary in order to safeguard their rights, they also have the right to free legal representation in court.

Section XXIII : Judicial Proceedings
* Any person whose case falls to be judicially decided has the right to have their case heard by a legally constituted, competent, independent and impartial court. Ad-hoc courts are prohibited.
* Unless otherwise provided by law, any person against whom civil proceedings have been raised has the right to have their case decided by a court within the jurisdiction in which they reside.
* Unless the law provides otherwise, court hearings and the delivery of judgments shall be in public.

Section XXIV : Criminal Proceedings
* Every person is presumed innocent until they have been found guilty by a legally enforceable judgment.
* Every accused person has the right to be notified as quickly and comprehensively as possible of the charge brought against them. They must be given the opportunity to assert their rights to a proper defense.
* Every convicted person has the right to have their conviction reviewed by a higher court.

Section XXV : Expulsion, Extradition and Deportation
* Kaltian / Callaician / Andalucian citizens may not be expelled from their home country and may only be extradited to a foreign authority with their consent.
* No person may be deported to a state in which they face the threat of torture or any other form of cruel or inhumane treatment or punishment.
* Refugees may not be deported or extradited to a state in which they will be persecuted.

Article IV : Armed Forces and Foreign Relations
Section I : Foreign Relations
* Foreign relations are the responsibility of both The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) and the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia).
* The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) shall ensure that the independence of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) and its welfare is safeguarded; it shall in particular assist in the alleviation of need and poverty in the world and promote respect for human rights and democracy, the peaceful coexistence of peoples as well as the conservation of natural resources.

Section II : Armed Forces
* The Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall have armed forces organized as militias.
* The armed forces serve to prevent war and to maintain peace; they defend the country and its population. They shall support the civilian authorities in safeguarding the country against serious threats to internal security and in dealing with exceptional situations.
* The deployment of the armed forces is the responsibility of The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog).
* All men and women of The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) shall serve in the armed forces upon reaching the age of 18 and shall serve for two years after completing high school and before entering university.

Section III : Freedom Guard
* The Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall each have a Freedom Guard (Saoirse Garda | Gwardja Libertà | Saorsa Geàrd).
* The Freedom Guard is there to support the armed forces and act as the front line of humanitarian aid during times of crisis, be it a disaster or an emergency.

Section IV : Security and Civil Defense
The Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall within the scope of their powers ensure the security of the country and the protection of the population.
* The legislation on the civil defense of persons and property against the effects of armed conflicts is the responsibility of the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia).
* The Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti), the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) and the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall legislate on the deployment of civil defense units in the event of disasters and emergencies.

Section V : Armed Neutrality
For the purpose of the permanent maintenance of her external independence and of the inviolability of her territories, The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) of her own free will declares herewith an armed permanent neutrality which she is resolved to maintain and defend with all means at her disposal.

Sub-Section I : Territory of the Rose League
* Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti): Located on the Niamh Archipelago of Erde.
* Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici): Located on the Ithavoll continent of Erde.
* Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia): Located on the Caerbannog continent of Erde.
* The airspace above these nations as well as the maritime borders that shall extend twelve nautical miles from the shoreline.

Sub-Section II : War and Aid
The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) will never accede to military alliances nor permit the establishment of military bases of foreign States on her territory. As such, the Rose League forswears any and all aggressive military actions calculated or anticipated to overthrow or destabilize the nations of Erde. Furthermore, the Rose League dedicates herself to the cause of humanitarian interventionism which shall be upheld in times of crisis throughout the region.

Sub-Section III : Changes to Neutrality
The Rose Forum (An Rós Fóram | Il-Tela Forum | Tha Ròs Fòram) is authorized to change the status of the Armed Neutrality of the Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) with the full consent and backing of An Eastát (The Estate) of Kalti, Il Hall ta 'Ftehim (The Hall of Understanding) of Callaici and Tha Talla Adhbhar (The Hall of Reason) of Andalucia.

Article V : Autonomous Regions
Section I : Organization
The Autonomous Regions (Réigiúin Uathrialacha | Reġjuni Awtonomi | Neo-eisimeileach Thìr Roinnean) shall be formed upon the entry of a new country joining The Rose League (An Rós Sraith | Il-Tela Kampjonat | Tha Ròs Lìog) and shall be created via a land swap: a small area of the entering country shall be turned over to the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti) while a respective area of similar size within the Cónaidhm na Kalti (Federation of Kalti) shall be set aside for the entering country. These land areas follow the governmental rules and currency of the country that founded them.

Note: As of 01/01/2016, the following Autonomous Regions of the Union exist; the rules of governance are listed below in Kaltian Governance, Callaician Governance and Andalucian Governance.
* Maestyd (Founded: 1001 C.E. | Location: Callaici | Governance: Kalti)
* Arish (Founded: 1610 C.E. | Location: Andalucia | Governance: Kalti)
* Kalyana (Founded: 1001 C.E. | Location: Kalti | Governance: Callaici)
* Tahara (Founded: 1610 C.E. | Location: Kalti | Governance: Andalucia)

Article VI : Governance of Kalti - Comhdhéanamh an Phobail (Constitution of the People)
Section I : Structure
The government of the Federation of Kalti shall be known as An Eastát (The Estate) and shall consist of the Comhairle na Deich (Council of Ten) [Executive], the Parlaimint de Stáit (Parliament of State) [Legislative] and the Cúirte Uachtaraí (Supreme Court) [Judicial].

Section II : Comhairle na Deich (Council of Ten) [Executive]
Sub-Section I : Guidelines
* The members of the Comhairle na Deich (Council of Ten) are elected for a term of five years by the Parlaimint de Stáit (Parliament of State).
* Each Comhairleoir (Councilor) is elected individually through a secret ballot by an absolute majority of votes. The voting is conducted in several rounds via exhaustive ballot: in the first two rounds, anyone can enter their name; but in subsequent rounds, the person receiving the fewest votes is removed from the race until one candidate gains an absolute majority.
* Once elected for a five year term, a Comhairleoir (Councilor) can neither be voted out of office by a motion of no confidence nor can they be impeached and as such re-election is possible for an indefinite number of terms.
* Each member of the Comhairle na Deich (Council of Ten) heads a government department and is not only responsible for their own department, but also for the business of their colleagues' departments as well, and for the conduct of the government and the administration as a whole.

Sub-Section II : President and Vice President of the Federation
* Each year, one of the Comhairleoirí (Councilors) is elected by the Parlaimint de Stáit (Parliament of State) as President of the Federation and one as Vice President of the Federation. The positions of President and Vice President rotate annually, each Comhairleoir (Councilor) thus becoming Vice President and then President every ten years while in office.
* The President of the Federation is the highest ranking Kaltian official. He or she presides over meetings of the Comhairle na Deich (Council of Ten) and carries out certain representative functions. In urgent situations where a Council decision cannot be made, he or she is empowered to act on behalf of the whole Council. Apart from that he or she is a primus inter pares, having no power above and beyond the other nine Councillors.
* The President is not the Kaltian head of state; this function is carried out by the Council in corpore, that is, in its entirety. Official visits abroad are carried out by the head of the Department of Foreign Affairs while visiting heads of state are received by the Council in corpore.

Section III : Parlaimint de Stáit (Parliament of State) [Legislative]
Sub-Section I : Guidelines
* The two houses of parliament are the Conclave na Stáit (Conclave of State) (Upper) and Tionól na Stáit (Assembly of State) (Lower). They can sit together as the Parlaimint de Stáit (Parliament of State) which is presided over by the President of the Federation.
* Roles of the Parlaimint de Stáit (Parliament of State): elect members of the Comhairle na Deich (Council of Ten) and the Cúirte Uachtaraí (Supreme Court); arbitrate in the event of conflicts between federal authorities; issue pardons; listen to special announcements.

Sub-Section II : Conclave na Stáit (Conclave of State) (Upper)
* The Conclave na Stáit (Conclave of State) shall consist of two members from each Stáit (State) and these members shall be elected by popular vote by the respective Stáit (State) population every five years and may serve for a grand total of two terms.
* The Conclave Cainteoir (Conclave Speaker) shall be nominated by the ruling party which is then verified and confirmed by the President.

Sub-Section III : Tionól na Stáit (Assembly of State) (Lower)
* The Tionól na Stáit (Assembly of State) shall consist of three-hundred and twenty five members total and these members shall be elected under a system of proportional representation based on the population of each Stáit (State) every five years and may serve for a grand total of two terms.
* The Tionól Cainteoir (Assembly Speaker) shall be nominated by the ruling party which is then verified and confirmed by the Vice President.

Section IV : Cúirte Uachtaraí (Supreme Court) [Judicial]
* The Cúirte Uachtaraí (Supreme Court) shall consist of nine total members, one Príomh-Bhreitheamh (Chief Justice) and eight Breithiúin (Justices).
* The Príomh-Bhreitheamh (Chief Justice) and the Breithiúin (Justices) shall be nominated by the Comhairle na Deich (Council of Ten) and appointed by the Conclave Cainteoir (Conclave Speaker) and Tionól Cainteoir (Assembly Speaker).
* Serving as either the Príomh-Bhreitheamh (Chief Justice) or a Bhreitheamh (Justice) is a lifetime role thus vacancies on the Cúirte Uachtaraí (Supreme Court) only open by either someone retiring or passing away.

Article VII : Governance of Callaici - Kostituzzjoni ta 'Titjira (Constitution of Flight)
Section I : Structure
The government of the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) shall be known as Il Hall ta 'Ftehim (The Hall of Understanding) and shall consist of the Maġistrat (Magistrate) [Executive], Il-Kunsill Ajkla (The Eagle Council) [Executive], Il-Kunsill Ċawlun (The Raven Council) [Legislative] and Il-Kunsill tal-Imħallfin (The Council of the Judge's) [Judicial].

Section II : Maġistrat (Magistrate) [Executive, Upper]
* The Maġistrat (Magistrate) shall be democratically elected by the citizens of the Repubblika tal Callaici (Republic of Callaici) every five years and may serve for a grand total of two terms.

* Il-Kunsill Ċawlun (The Raven Council) shall consist of two hundred members total and these members shall be elected under a system of proportional representation based on the population of each Isfera (Realm) every two years and may serve for a grand total of five terms.
* Il-Kelliem Ċawlun (The Raven Speaker) shall be nominated by the ruling party which is then verified and confirmed by the members of Il-Kunsill Eagle (The Eagle Council).

Section V : Il-Kunsill tal-Imħallfin (The Council of the Judges) [Judicial]
* Il-Kunsill tal-Imħallfin (The Council of the Judges) shall consist of five total members, one Imħallef Kap (Chief Judge) and four Imħallfin (Judges).
* The Imħallef Kap (Chief Judge) and the Imħallfin (Judges) shall be nominated and appointed by a three-fourths majority or higher vote of the members of Il-Kunsill Ajkla (The Eagle Council).
* Serving as either the Imħallef Kap (Chief Judge) or a Imħallef (Judge) is a lifetime role thus vacancies on Il-Kunsill tal-Imħallfin (The Council of the Judges) only open by either someone retiring or passing away.

Article VIII : Governance of Andalucia - Bun-stèidh nan Beinne (Constitution of the Mountain)
Section I : Structure
The government of the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) shall be known as Tha Talla Adhbhar (The Hall of Reason) and shall consist of Tha Britheamhan (The Judiciary) [Executive], Tha Ministreachd (The Ministry) [Legislative] and Tha Dìon an Lagh (The Defenders of the Law) [Judicial].

Section II : Tha Britheamhan (The Judiciary) [Executive]
* The members of Tha Britheamhan (The Judiciary) are elected by the citizens of the Comhlathas Tir na Andalucia (Commonwealth Country of Andalucia) every ten years and may serve for a grand total of two terms.
* Each member heads a government department and is not only responsible for their own department, but also for the business of their colleagues' departments as well, and for the conduct of the government and the administration as a whole. Furthermore, each member of Tha Britheamhan (The Judges) is considered primus inter pares, having no power above and beyond the others. They shall serve as the head of state for Andalucia in corpore, that is, in its entirety. Official visits abroad are carried out by the head of the Department of Home and Foreign Affairs while visiting heads of state are received by the Tha Britheamhan (The Judges) in corpore.

Section III : Tha Ministreachd (The Ministry) [Legislative]
* Tha Ministreachd (The Ministry) shall consist of one hundred members total and these members shall be elected under a system of proportional representation based on the population of each Tir (Territory) every five years and may serve for a grand total of two terms.
* Tha Ministreachd an Labhraiche (The Ministry Speaker) shall be nominated by the ruling party which is then verified and confirmed by the members of the Tha Britheamhan (The Judges).

Section IV : Tha Dìon an Lagh (The Defenders of the Law) [Judicial]
* Tha Dìon an Lagh (The Defenders of the Law) shall consist of five total members, one Àrd Dìonadair (Chief Defender) and four Dìon (Defenders).
* The Àrd Dìonadair (Chief Defender) and four Dìon (Defenders) shall be nominated and appointed by a three-fourths majority or higher vote of the members of Nam Britheamh (The Judges).
* Serving as either the Àrd Dìonadair (Chief Defender) a Dìonadair (Defender) is a lifetime role thus vacancies on Tha Dìon an Lagh (The Defenders of the Law) only open by either someone retiring or passing away.
