Use dedicated puppet nations as ambassadors which are only to be used only in the regions that the Confederation of Nations have embassies with or are in the process of creating embassies with. Use recruiting permissions to recruit new members to the CoN. | |
Home Secretary/1st Auxiliary Secretary | [nation][/nation] | 10th September 2014 | 20th October 2014 | Keep record of when the candidacy announcement closes for the Regional Judge and Prime Minister elections and when each election should begin. Remind nations 4 days before, 2 days before, and the day of the last day to announce candidacy for an elected position. Ensure that the World Factbook Entry of the region is presentable and that all dispatches posted are free of grammatical errors and follow the rules of The Consent of Regional Bulletins Act. Defuse tension on the RMB, help alleviate arguments on the RMB in a fair and impartial manner making sure that decorum is kept. If more than one piece of legislature is proposed at a time, makes sure that they go to vote (if necessary) in the order in which they were proposed. If a poll is not created on time whether it is for an election, legislature, or any other reason must send a notice/reminder to the Prime Minister and Founder. |
Law & Order Secretary/2nd Auxiliary Secretary | [nation][/nation] | 10th September 2014 | 20th October 2014 | Will assume the duties of Attorney General/Prosecutor in trials. Will ensure that the region's Constitution and laws are followed by every nation in the region. Has the power to call a trial to a nation that violates the Constitution and/or laws of the Confederation of nations. Will always represent the government in court cases. |
