Romania has been a sought after "collectible" region due to its IRL status for many years on this game. However this factbook is about IC Romania.

After generations of players had come and gone, Romania became forgotten. Captured by a tyrant, and held for years; it took the courage of a rebel leader to take the region in a bloodless coup. This rebel leader rapidly became an absentee dictator, and the lands ran wild with lawlessness and rancor from ages past. One was chosen, the trusted second of the rebel leader, to help keep the region in good order, and serve faithfully as a Steward, which the trusted second, Veritas In Aeternum, did.
